By using Tenmore Travel’s services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Role of Tenmore Travel

Tenmore Travel acts solely as an independent travel advisor and agent for third-party travel suppliers. We do not own, operate, or control airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, or transportation providers.

Booking & Payment

  • All bookings are subject to the terms, conditions, and cancellation policies of the individual supplier.

  • Payment terms, deposits, and final payment deadlines vary by supplier.

  • Once a booking is confirmed, changes or cancellations may result in penalties imposed by the supplier.

Pricing & Availability

  • All prices are subject to availability and change until confirmed.

  • Tenmore Travel is not responsible for price increases due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or supplier changes.

Travel Documentation

Clients are responsible for:

  • Ensuring passports are valid for international travel

  • Obtaining visas, vaccinations, and meeting entry requirements

  • Reviewing all travel documents for accuracy upon receipt

Tenmore Travel is not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to documentation issues.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unforeseen events including trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, and supplier insolvency.

Changes, Delays & Force Majeure

Tenmore Travel is not responsible for delays, changes, or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Weather

  • Acts of God

  • Government actions

  • Labor strikes

  • Pandemics or public health emergencies

While we will always advocate on your behalf, outcomes are subject to supplier policies.

Limitation of Liability

Tenmore Travel shall not be liable for:

  • Personal injury, illness, or death

  • Property loss or damage

  • Supplier service failures

  • Acts or omissions of third-party providers

Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Tenmore Travel and confirming travel arrangements, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
